beg for the game to be fixed

I got through the tunnel maze and it went into a cut scene. At the end of that, the screen went black and there was the word "skip" in the lower right hand corner. I waited a moment but no picture so I clicked on the "skip". Nothing happened. I tried several times but nothing - the word would change color and that was all.

I created a new character hoping I might be able to get past this problem. But just the black screen.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It showed the same 2 characters. So I deleted them both and started another character but alas, when I started the Play, it went to the black screen again.

At this point, I have no other ideas and would welcome some thoughts.
